Didot Type Specimen
Born into a dynasty of printers, the Didot typeface emerged in late 18th-century France. The Didot family helped define the visual language of Enlightenment literature and Neoclassical design through its razor-thin serifs and vertical elegance.
A symbol of sophistication and intellect, Didot became the voice of fashion, philosophy, and high art. I designed this type specimen using Illustrator and InDesign, and it remains one of the projects I am most proud of.
